SAP Snote change user id. of snote

You cannot implement a snote as DDIC , so you change the user id to another user id , then login with that User ID and implement SNOTE

In SNOTE try Goto --> SAP Note Browser. Execute and look at the results, you
should all SNOTES in the system.
Then try SAP Note --> Set Processing status for the SNOTE you want to
implement. From here you can change the status as well as change which user
is processing the note.
I see you are apply the note in client 000, you should really be applying
the note from the client where all your development work is occurring.
